Meraklon has the long spinning (high speed) technology which has been modified properly for the fiber properties improvement.

The following fibers are made:
› Continuous filament (CF)
› Bulk continuous filament (BCF)

A down stream integration with several finishing technologies has been implemented in order to offer the different fiber families requested by the market.

› Twisted/heat seat
› Texturization (FTF)
› Taslan (air texturizing)
› MBS (MERAKLON BULKING SYSTEM) special bulking process of 3-ply colors allowing higher resilience and appear retention on final carpet.

New polyamide fibers has been recently developed by Meraklon for carpet high traffic/contract sector.
