As market leader and capitalizing on its forty years experience and know-how in the sector, Meraklon has developed in the staple the widest range of fiber in the nonwoven field, mainly hygienic: diapers, feminine hygienic and baby wipes.

Technical fibers with tailor made properties have been developed for specific sectors such as Geotextile, felts/furniture, textiles/sportswear and filtration.

Meraklon developed special solutions for building industry based on a fibre for cement and concrete as performance and durability enhancer.

In the yarn field, Meraklon has focused its research towards added value products in the carpet sector such as heat seat yarn, BCF from MBS technology and special polyamide fiber for high traffic/contract field in order to better match market requirements (coverage, resilience and colour solidity of final carpet).

The development of these products has been implemented thanks to the availability/combination of finishing/spinning technologies in “house”.
