Meraklon has developed, as the first in the world, polypropylene fiber with easy thermobondability suitable for calandering technology and for the applications of hygienic/sanitary items.

Further developments by Meraklon, towards fibers with improved softness and liquid controlled behaviour have widened the application opportunities such as in the hygienic feminine sector, baby wipes and acquisition distribution layers.
